Real Colors is a personality typing system that enhances communication and the understanding of others. It is important to understand why we do the things we do and why others do what they do.

We offer training  hosted by Invisage Consulting or we can come to you on site and teach the whole office.  A certified Real Colors Educator will explore the principals of the methods developed by NCTI. It is fun, enlightening and effective. The full three part series takes about 6 hours and can be done in one day or divided up to 3 days. You can also pick and choose which of the three parts suits your needs.
